This is a drug free and alcohol free program. Resource recommendations are available for participants to explore for outpatient treatment.

Are visitors allowed?

No, however. the one exception would be if a participant has a caregiver that acts as an entity separate from our housing program; said party would be treated as a permitted guest and is expected to follow the rules of the program. Although we are an independent housing program, there are circumstances where additional help is temporarily needed.

Yes, if transportation is privately arranged between the participant and the caregiver. Brothers Co-Living does not provide or coordinate transportation services and does not assume liability for third-party transportation. .

Are caregivers allowed to stay overnight?

Overnight stays by caregivers are not standard and must comply with house guest policies. Extended or overnight presence may require prior approval to ensure household compatibility.

or the safety and comfort of all participants and the surrounding community, Brothers Co-Living does not accept individuals with convictions for sexual offenses involving minors or offenses that legally restrict proximity to shared housing environments.

This policy is based on safety considerations, zoning concerns, and household compatibility — not judgment. Please see our Sex Offender policy to see if you fall under the cases we do accept into out program.
